The domain
The Clos des Faucons estate is a family olive-growing estate located in the south of the Lubéron in the heart of Provence.

A preserved space
Domaine Clos des Faucons is an organically farmed area on land undergoing conversion. Regenerative agriculture is also rigorously applied, allowing for the restoration of local flora and fauna as well as soil restructuring.

A passionate olive grower
A child of the Luberon, it was on his native lands between Robion and Isle sur la Sorgue that Richard Maupas, an epicurean passionate about the Provençal terroir and olive oil, created the Domaine Clos des Faucons, where he passionately cultivates his olive trees.

The family crest
Symbol of our oil, the coat of arms is a reflection of the life present on the estate:
The kestrel, with its characteristic flight called "holy spirit flight," nests and hunts year-round on land.
Olive trees represent historical culture and family unity.
The moon, star and sun symbolize the natural cycle of organic farming and recall the rhythm of daily agricultural work.

A confidential production
Produced in limited quantities, three exceptional oils are made by carefully blending the Aglandau, Cayon, Picholine and Bouteillan olive varieties.
